How does Cabbage Soup Diet work?
You will be eating a homemade, low-calorie cabbage soup every day. Depending on the version of the diet you've chosen, other vegetables and fruits are allowed on some of the seven days. Less commonly, some versions of the diet allow protein and dairy on some of the days.
